Join us for a guided meditation every other Sunday to develop space for well-being. This class is perfect for beginners, experienced meditators, and everyone in between. We will practice a variety of meditations to increase awareness on fullness and joy that we can revisit at any time or any place.
Well-being is not something that happens to us, but rather is a skill that can be developed and fostered. We will learn to manage the body, mind, and emotions, the ultimate "life hack", improving every avenue of our busy lives.
Suggested donation is $10. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early.
*For parking, please park at the lot located on NE Everett and 28th St, where the sign says: "Parking for Circle Health Care, Common Ground and Dentist."
As an added benefit, participants will receive $5 off an hour spa session at the Everett House Healing Center located just a block south on NE Everett St.
