Back by popular demand, it's cannayoga! Please bring mats, the venue does not have any currently that they can provide. This event is for people ranging in skill level from beginner to advanced.

From the Cannayoga teacher:

"Hi my name is Nanette Yve Lima. I began my journey with yoga in 2006 and we fell in love at first asana! From there, our love for one another only continued to grow stronger and stronger. I received my 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training in Portland, Oregon with Sarah Trelease and Renee Sills through Sla School of Comtemplative Arts and a 100 hour Yoga Immersion with Alison Alstrom through The People's Yoga. I strive to create space in which my students can experience harmony between the body and the breath, peace of mind, self acceptance, inner joy, and gratitude to simply be alive. In class I bring awareness to the core connection that we have to nature and to the vital knowledge that what we cultivate on the mat, strengthens our lives, giving us tools that we can then take with us out to the world and have readily available at anytime. When I'm not teaching yoga or making jewelry you can find me venturing out in mother nature, traveling to new and unfamiliar places, and spending quality time with my family and friends."

About the venue:

This Meetup is hosted at Hamsterdam Cafe, please visit hamsterdamcafe.com to understand more about their space and our membership. They are in an excellent location to walk or take allll public transportation to. However, there is fairly limited parking on their block. If you are driving here and can not find space please look for spots in the roundabout next to Park Plaza Apartments and PSU's Native American building, the one you pass right before the bridge over 405. This location is a house on the outside, that is the only legal way to run a cannabis cafe currently in Portland. However the inside is more cafe-like and we have a green light on outside our door. Please walk up the stairs and knock or just enter when you have arrived.
